Law Enforcement Requests

To submit a law enforcement request, please provide:
Required Information
- Relevant account identifiers (usernames, email, links to content, etc.)
- Detailed description of the event or suspected violation
- Any other supporting documentation to help us assess the request
Emergency Situations
For emergency situations, clearly indicate the urgency and explain how the requested information is critical to preventing harm.
Use "EMERGENCY REQUEST" in subject line for situations involving imminent risk to life, health, or safety.

Non-Law Enforcement Requests
Requests from private parties, businesses, or individuals not acting in an official law enforcement capacity generally require a valid legal order. LycheeLuxe may request additional documentation to verify the legitimacy of such requests.
Important:
Certain sensitive user data—such as messages, profile content, or visual materials uploaded by users—will only be disclosed in accordance with legal safeguards.
Data Preservation
LycheeLuxe strives to preserve relevant data upon receipt of a valid legal request. However, due to storage limitations and security practices, we do not guarantee indefinite retention of all content.
Important Notice:
Users should not assume that deleted content can be recovered under any circumstances.
User Notification
