Filing a Copyright Complaint
If you believe that material on LycheeLuxe infringes your copyright, please send us a written request that includes:
Your physical or digital signature
Details identifying the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
The exact location (URL) of the allegedly infringing content on LycheeLuxe
Your full name, address, telephone number, and email
A good-faith statement that the use of the content is unauthorized
A declaration, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

What Happens After a Complaint
- The reported material will be removed or disabled without delay
- The uploader will be informed about the complaint
- Repeat copyright violations may lead to permanent account restrictions
- If the notice is incomplete, we may request additional details before acting
Submitting a Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was an error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. Your response must include:
Identification of the removed material and where it was previously available
A statement of good faith belief that the removal was mistaken
Example: "I declare, under penalty of perjury, that I believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification."
Your contact details (name, physical address, phone number, email)
Agreement to accept legal jurisdiction if the complainant decides to pursue a claim

Processing Time:
Unless the original complainant provides proof of a legal action, we will restore the material within seven (7) business days after receiving a valid counter-notice.
Important Notes
- All notices must be submitted in English. Submissions in other languages cannot be processed.
- Misuse of the DMCA process—by submitting false claims or fraudulent notices—may result in legal liability for damages and costs.
- This procedure is designed exclusively for copyright issues. Other types of reports should be directed to the appropriate contact channels of LycheeLuxe.
