To be eligible for the LycheeLuxe Verified designation, LycheeLuxe must determine that the individual is a real person with a valid government-issued ID. This determination is made through an automated, instant identity verification process using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and biometrics.

What Verification Means

LycheeLuxe Verified is granted after approval in an automated and instant identity and age verification process that uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) and biometrics. The process includes:

• Document Verification: Analysis of the authenticity of a government-issued identity document
• Liveness Proof: Biometric verification that the user is a real person and is present during verification
• Face Match: Biometric confirmation that the face in the selfie matches the face on the ID document
• Instant Determination: Automated analysis of these three factors provides an instant result
• Privacy Protection: LycheeLuxe does not store raw data (images) used in this process, only receives the final validation result

Important Limitations

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Identity verification DOES NOT include:

• Profile Photo Verification: LycheeLuxe does NOT verify if the verified individual is the same person shown in profile or advertisement photos
• Service Provider Verification: LycheeLuxe does NOT guarantee that the person who provides services is the same as the verified individual
• Content Accuracy: LycheeLuxe does NOT verify the accuracy or truthfulness of any text, names, or statistics in advertisements

• LycheeLuxe does not endorse the services of any specific advertiser
• The term "Verified" only refers to the automated identity verification process described above
• The term "Verified" does not mean that LycheeLuxe has reviewed or confirmed any licenses, permits, or authorizations issued to the advertiser
• Critical Distinction: Identity verification confirms the user is a real person with valid ID. It does NOT verify if that person matches profile/advertisement photos

While we strive to maintain a safe platform through automated identity verification, we strongly recommend:

• Remembering that identity verification does NOT confirm if the user matches their profile photos
• Meeting in public places first for initial encounters
• Informing someone you trust about your plans and location
• Trusting your instincts and leaving if you feel uncomfortable
• Verifying identity through additional means when possible
• Reporting any suspicious activity immediately to report@lycheeluxe.com

Important: The automated identity verification only confirms that a user is a real person with valid identification. It does NOT verify if that person is the same individual shown in profile or advertisement photos. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and taking appropriate safety precautions when interacting with advertisers. LycheeLuxe provides identity verification as a service but cannot guarantee the authenticity or safety of any individual interaction.
