LycheeLuxe is an online classified ads platform that connects companions with potential clients. We operate exclusively as an advertising space, without brokering negotiations or transactions. The legal responsible for this platform is LL - Advertising and Marketing. We are committed to complying with applicable data protection laws in all countries we operate, including but not limited to the LGPD (Brazil), GDPR (Spain/European Union), PDPA (Thailand), IT Act & DPBI (India), Data Privacy Act (Philippines), PDP Law (Indonesia), LFPDPPP (Mexico), Law No. 29733 (Peru), Law 1581 of 2012 (Colombia), Law No. 19.628 (Chile), and applicable state/federal legislation in the United States.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect the information you provide directly in order to use the platform:

• Identification and Contact Data: name (or username), e-mail, phone number, date of birth.
• Profile Data: photos, service descriptions, preferences, and location (if provided).
• Verification Data: Identity document images, facial biometric data (selfie), and liveness proof data. Processing: This data is collected and processed exclusively by our third-party Data Processor (Didit) to perform identity and age verification. LycheeLuxe Storage: LycheeLuxe acts as the Data Controller and DOES NOT store document images or biometric data on its own servers. Only the verification result log is stored for auditing and account management purposes.
• Communications: messages sent via our support or reporting channels.

We do not automatically collect browsing information, cookies, device data, or third-party data.

Important Security Note: LycheeLuxe will never request confidential information such as credit card details, passwords, or security codes via email, WhatsApp, or any unsolicited message. Any such request should be considered fraudulent and reported immediately to report@lycheeluxe.com.

3. How We Use Your Information and Legal Bases

We use your information for the following purposes:

• Provide and maintain services: account creation, ad display, search.
• Age and identity verification: automated and instant processing of documents and biometrics via a third-party API (Didit), with immediate deletion of raw data after verification completion.
• Communication: responding to support, notifications about account.
• Security and compliance: fraud prevention, legal investigations.
• Content moderation: removing irregular profiles, protecting minors.
• Legal compliance: responding to court orders and authorities.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your data:

• With other users: information published in ads and profiles is publicly visible.
• With service providers: only as necessary (e.g., hosting and support).
• As required by law: in case of court orders or investigations, including situations involving minors.
• In corporate transactions: merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Storage, Retention and Security

• Verification Documents: deleted after manual review (within 48h).
• Profile and Account Data: kept while the account is active. If deletion is requested, data will be erased within 30 days unless legal obligations require retention.
• Support/Reporting Records: kept up to 12 months after account termination, for auditing and abuse prevention.
• Legal Obligations: in some cases, we may retain certain data for as long as required by law.

6. Your Privacy Rights

You may exercise the following rights:

• Access: request a copy of your data
• Correction: update inaccurate data
• Deletion: request deletion of account and personal data
• Portability: request a structured copy of your data
• Objection: contest certain uses of data
• Withdrawal of Consent: when applicable

7. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in different countries where our service providers or we operate, including but not limited to the United States, Thailand, Spain, Brazil, India, Philippines, Indonesia, Mexico, Guatemala, Peru, Colombia, and Chile. We adopt adequate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses and robust security practices, to ensure compliance with data protection laws applicable to these transfers.

8. Protection of Children and Minors

Use of LycheeLuxe is strictly prohibited for minors. Minimum legal age varies by country:

• 18 years old: In the vast majority of our served countries, including Brazil, Spain, Thailand, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Guatemala, Philippines, Indonesia, and India.
• 21 years old: In U.S. jurisdictions where state law sets this higher requirement.

All profiles undergo manual age and identity verification by our team within 48 hours. Any attempt by minors will result in immediate account/data deletion and notification to authorities.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified through the platform and the "Last Updated" date will be revised.
